Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Boston (Onsite, 4-5 days/week)
A well-established nonprofit organization with just under 500 employees is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the CEO and work closely with the Chief of Staff
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing executive-level responsibilities with discretion, accuracy, and a high degree of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex and dynamic scheduling for the CEO, who travels frequently
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries both domestically and internationally.
Draft and manage emails, memos, and other communication on behalf of the CEO.
Assist with preparing presentations and materials for meetings; manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
Help facilitate meetings, materials, and communication with the Board of Directors.
Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 5 years supporting C-suite executives
Experience working with a Board of Directors is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills, expert in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
Must be detail-oriented and able to handle high-pressure situations, avoiding errors like scheduling mishaps.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage projects independently.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 (No bonus)
