ASRC Federal is seeking qualified candidates for the Executive Assistant - MID to support our PEO Digital customer located in the Washington DC Navy Yard
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements :
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
+ Five years minimum years of related experience in the follow areas:
+ Oral and written skills.
+ Critical thinking skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
+ Work independently and as a team member.
+ Learn and apply administrative support concepts to assigned duties.
+ Specialized administrative support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable administrative support experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
+ Applying the Navy Correspondence Manual to assigned duties.
+ Ability to schedule meetings and maintain calendars
+ Defense Travel System (DTS)
CLEARANCE LEVEL:
+ DoD Secret Security Clearance
EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor’s degree - preferred
