Key experiences and skills required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer/time service experience.
• Insurance and/or Premium Audit Industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Outlook required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction/interruption.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities and Duties:
• Communicate with leadership team frequently to ensure administrative requirements are met.
• Review management reports and audit software daily to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
• Ensure team members are meeting company goals. Support leadership with any needs they may have.
