Key experiences and skills required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer/time service experience.
- Insurance and/or Premium Audit Industry experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Outlook required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction/interruption.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate with leadership team frequently to ensure administrative requirements are met.
- Review management reports and audit software daily to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure team members are meeting company goals. Support leadership with any needs they may have.
