Moselem Springs Golf Club, located in Fleetwood, PA, is a golf club of unmatched beauty and one of the region’s premier golf and dining destinations. We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary responsibilities for member, guest, and event dining to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This position directly reports to the General Manager.

Essential Job Functions
- Oversee all kitchen operations and the culinary team
- Develop new menu items and recipes, staying up to date on all trends and new techniques in dining
- Lead, develop and support associates to ensure they are performing in accordance with established standards and TKo Golf core values
- Communicate priorities with staff and assign production and preparation tasks to execute and prepare menu items following approved recipes
- Ensure guests are receiving the best possible product, meeting all time and quality standards
- Inspect the kitchen and maintain conditions, cleanliness, quality and service standards at all times
- Collaborate with operations and sales team to assist with menus, event orders, and special requests
- Purchase all food and back of the house supplies from approved vendors and outlets
- Review sales volume and food costs daily and sure that excess items and inventory is used efficiently
- Develop, maintain, inspect and ensure safe work habits for self and team, wear protective safety equipment and follow OSHA and other applicable standards
- Manage daily quality, consistency and culinary standards
- Help develop and implement training programs for all team members and new hires
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cared for and maintained
- Assist in supervision of kitchen personnel with oversight for hiring, performance management, annual reviews, and initiating employee status changes as required
- Participate in all management team meetings, planning sessions, budget forecasting, and other responsibilities where applicable.
- Assist in any aspects of budgeting, AP/AR related tasks, and additional strategic planning where required.
- Lead with the highest level of professionalism, encouragement and honesty helping create an environment of trust, accountability, and professional growth for all.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements:
· Three years or more prior work experience as an Executive Chef and extensive ancillary culinary experience
· The energy and ability to produce high-volume, high-quality food for guest dining and special events
· Proven record of skillful team management, exceptional organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks
· Comprehensive knowledge of ala carte and banquet revenue management and cost controls
· Certification in and compliance with any/all local, state and federally mandated health and sanitary standards including ServSafe
· Experience utilizing online purchasing platforms and managing purchases among several approved vendors
· Exceptional computer skills and technical literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other catering or POS platforms
· Skillful team player that fosters cooperation and hospitality-centered interactions, communications and relationships among team members and guests
· Proven success at designing and costing banquet and ala carte menus
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
· A high degree of administrative, time management and staff management ability, especially in the areas of effective problem solving and high integrity decision making
· Possesses a courteous, hospitality-centered approach with co-workers and guests and is honest, hardworking, team-oriented, and dedicated to achieving financial and service-related goals.
· Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling or crouching.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
