Position Overview:

As the Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant's culinary vision and execution. You will lead a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff, creating a menu that highlights fresh, high-quality ingredients while adhering to the highest standards of excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for culinary artistry and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a creative and seasonal menu that aligns with the restaurant’s vision and guest preferences.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maximize profitability.
• Stay current with culinary trends and industry developments to keep our offerings innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
• Exceptional culinary skills and creativity with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
