Job Description:

• Are you a culinary mastermind with a passion for creating innovative dishes? The Surf Shack is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our menu to new heights.
• As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, culinary management, and ensuring food quality meets our high standards.
• You will oversee kitchen operations, manage food and labor costs, and develop new menu items that showcase your creativity and expertise.
• Experience in fine dining, banquet catering, and food service management is a plus.

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
