Executive Chef | Paco's Tacos and Tequila (New Location Opening Soon)
Salary: up to $95,000 per year plus monthly performance bonus

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Execute and innovate on a diverse menu of Tex-Mex dishes.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic kitchen staff to uphold high standards of quality and consistency.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement to ensure profitability.
- Uphold and exceed food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with management on seasonal specials and menu innovation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager, particularly in a high-volume full-service setting.
- Deep knowledge of Tex-Mex culinary practices and techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Creative approach to menu development and food presentation.
- Strong financial acumen related to kitchen operations.
- Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) preferred.
- Passion for delivering a superior dining experience.
