Job Summary



Join us as the Executive Chef, where you'll lead kitchen operations, ensuring a safe, sanitary environment while creating exceptional meals. This role is perfect for an energetic, entrepreneurial culinary professional.





Responsibilities:






+ Design and adjust menus per established guidelines.


+ Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.


+ Train staff in food prep, safety, equipment use, and sanitation.


+ Oversee cleaning, maintenance schedules, and inventory.


+ Manage leftover utilization within company guidelines.


+ Adhere to health regulations and safety policies.


+ Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions.






Preferred Qualifications:






+ Culinary degree or equivalent experience.


+ 3-5 years of progressive kitchen management.


+ Strong catering, high-volume, and batch cooking experience.


+ Hands-on chef expertise, knowledge of food trends, and cost controls.


+ Computer proficiency; ServSafe certification preferred.
