Thispositionisprimarilyresponsibleforprovidingoversightofcenter staff, operations, services, and processes. The Executive Director will provide finance and accounting reports for individual center and work closely with Support Center and respective Operations lead. This positionalsoworksincollaborationwithandoverseestheAreaManager to increase the network of referring Optometrists. This position is responsible for all aspects of operations of the center, including staffing, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, identifying training needs to promote a learning environment, enhance overall patient and employee experience,andpro-activelyidentifyandrespondtoareasofopportunity within the center.
Responsibilities:Coredutiesandresponsibilitiesincludethefollowing, otherdutiesmaybeassigned.
- WorkscloselywithOperationsteamtodevelopandimplementannualbusinessplanforthe center, including projected annual surgical volume, revenue, budget, profit projections and managing day-to-day operations and staff within the center.
- Preparesandauthorizesfinancialsubmissionstothesupport center.
- Providesoversightandconductsauditsofpatientchartstoensureappropriatebillingand documentation are entered.
- Respondstopatientinquiries,complaintsandpatientreviewstimelyandprofessionally; provides feedback to internal team, when opportunities for improvement are identified.
- Tracksperformanceindicatorsandreviewsmonthlyandquarterlyprofitandloss;utilizesthis information to strategically plan ahead.
- Developsstaffscheduleandoversightofpatientflowandoperationsforthecenter,in accordance to company policy and procedures.
- Managesstaffingneedsagainstrevenueperformance.
- Overseeshiring,terminating,trainingand/orcoachingstaff.
- Motivatesteambygoalsettingandclarifyingpriorities,inalignmentwithcompany.
- Partners with Area Manager and Marketing Team to expand network of referrals in the Doctor community and identifies local marketing opportunities for the center.
- Attends Continuing Education events, dinners, and marketing events to promote awareness ofNVISION services in the community.
- InterfaceswithSupportCenteranddepartmentleadstoensureresourcesarebeingallocated effectively from Finance, Operations, Marketing and Training perspective.
- PromotesNVISIONsurgeonsandservicesinthecommunityandplaysanactiveroleinthe satisfaction of referring optometrists.
- Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytonavigatedifficultdiscussionsregardingperformance improvement plans, coaching and professional development.
- Seeksinnovativewaystointegratechangestofurtherenhanceoverallpatientandstaffexperience.
Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAND/OREXPERIENCEANDORLICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor'sdegree(B.A.)fromfour-yearcollegeoruniversity;andthreeormoreyearsrelatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
