Job Title: Head Start Director

Responsibilities:

• Establish and communicate the vision and direction of the Head Start Program.
• Direct the performance and operations of the organization.
• Lead strategic planning and improvement processes.
• Set and monitor goals and objectives for program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Foster partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of Head Start regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
