The Opportunity –
We are currently seekinganExecutiveDirectorto join ourValue and Risk Advisoryteam.
OurValue and Risk Advisoryplatform is part of a global networkcomprisedof experienced, licensed, qualified commercial real estate appraisers who use local insights and their years ofexpertiseto deliveraccurate,reliableand prompt valuations. Weprovidesound advice, no matter the size of a property, complexity of a project, or industry focus. Our professionals offer a full range ofexpertise, including counsel in financing, due diligence, risk analysis, financial reporting, dispute resolutions and equity offerings.
The successful candidate will complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects which may include analyzing complex highest and best use scenarios, estimation of cash flowsutilizingdiscounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses.
Responsibilities Include:
Focus on management of team members, workflow and delivering superior client outcomes
Must be able to complete an entire report, cover to cover, to a “client ready” standard
Partner with VAST member(s) to properlyleveragesupport and be accountable for reachingutilizationgoals for the entire team
Only inspect properties for tier 1 clients, where client interaction can be a benefit to growing the business, and/or if coaching an analyst
Responsible for originating 30% of team volume
Regularly attend leadership loop: accountable for ensuring team members receive messaging
Responsible for managing account receivables on work personally originated
Present at a local AI/IRWA/ULI/etc. Event (in addition to prior CRE community requirements) or publish an article in a trade magazine
Represent JLL brand: optimism,intelligenceand collaboration. Drive local presence and be the “go to” expert for your respective sector(s)

Education Requirements:
Continue participation in JLLU to focus on career path alignment and building professional skillset,including people management and business development
Master Argus competency(for team membersof the national institutional team)
Complete comprehensive exam and demonstration report within no greater than18 monthsof being elevated to team lead, andsubmitapplication to AI
Skillset Requirements:
Successfully master allSeniorDirectorskillset requirements
Full competency at project management and/or account management skills, beginning competency at business development skills
Licensing Requirements:
State certified general appraiser license
Maintain state licensing for specific geographic focus and pull temporary practice permits whenrequired
Minimum5years of holding CG license
Sign reports
Management Scope:
Recruiting team members
Managefive individuals or more, preferred
Partnerwith (coach) analyst i’s, senior analysts, associates, associate directors, and/or directors to complete assignments
Accountable for analysts & senior analysts achieving educational and licensing goals; along with ensuring production goals are met by all team members

100,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
