Oversee daily operations of Assisted Living & Memory Care and Independent Living Apartment buildings in addition to 12-acre campus grounds.
Orchard Ridge Senior Living is a nonprofit organization established in 1921, supported by 20 area Member Churches and governed by a Board of Directors. The campus consists of 154 1-bedroom units of affordable housing for independent seniors and 69 units in the Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The Executive Director position provides overall leadership to the organization while overseeing the general day-to-day operations to ensure outstanding service, an exceptional work environment, and excellent fiscal stewardship of budgets, all while providing a safe home to over 235 residents.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the operations, employee and resident relations, and regulatory compliance for each entity on our campus. The Executive Director is someone who can lead with understanding, while driving exceptional business forward with:
• Adherence to regulatory compliance with HUD, Department of Health & Welfare, and other governing bodies.
• Leadership to 90 employees. Overseeing hiring practices, training, engagement, retention, and evaluation of team members.
• Fiscal responsibility for managing complex entity's revenue and expenses within established budget parameters, with an operating budget of over $6.7 million.
• Marketing and presentation skills to represent Orchard Ridge to the larger North Idaho community and churches.
• Encouragement of a culture where team members are supported, empowered and accountable.
• Oversite of human resource compliance.
• Development, implementation and enforcement of necessary policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
College degree, post-graduate degree a plus.
4 + years of experience in leadership position.
Current Administrator's license with the State of Idaho or willingness to pursue the license.
Tenant/Landlord Building Management experience, HUD Affordable Housing a plus or willingness to pursue certification and training.
Appropriate computer and technical skills.

Compensation details: 100000-150000 Yearly Salary
