Overview
We are looking for a Float Executive Director to join our Corporate Float team! This position is responsible for providing managerial and operations support to assigned Ebenezer Assisted Living communities. The Executive Director (Float) may work alongside of or in place of a site Executive Director. This leadership schedule includes;
+ 80 hours every two weeks
+ Full time, day shift
+ Weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description
+ Assists Executive Director (ED) with maintaining a high performing leadership team within the community
+ Supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
+ Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary
+ Assists Executive Director in ensuring that the community is in compliance with all applicable state and federal rules and regulations
+ Assume other responsibilities as requested
+ Travel to any assignments (including out of state)
+ On call assignment
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's Degree: Senior Housing , Business or related
+ Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board
+ One to three years of previous experience
+ Proficiency in MS Office suite
Preferred:
+ Three to five years of previous experience
+ Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record - Eldermark
