Position Overview:
MVP Recruitment is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead and oversee the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the organization. The Executive Director will play a key role in shaping the future of the VNA and Hospice services by ensuring the highest standards of care, managing the administrative and clinical teams, and fostering strong relationships with the community and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and operational management of the VNA and Hospice organization.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing home health and hospice care.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes and satisfaction.
- Oversee the clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to support organizational sustainability.
- Advocate for the organization’s mission and vision, representing it at industry events and within the local community.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in home healthcare, hospice, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of VNA and hospice care regulations, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operational processes.
- Demonstrated experience with financial management, including budgeting and revenue cycle oversight.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field required; RN degree strongly preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
