Job Title: Executive Director

The Hawaii Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) is seeking a full-time Executive Director. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, along with a commitment to social work values.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and strategic planning.
• Manage staff and volunteer teams effectively.
• Advocate for social work issues at local and state levels.
• Develop and implement programs and initiatives.
• Ensure financial sustainability and manage budgets.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in non-profit management.
• Strong knowledge of social work policies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
