Job Overview:
The Executive Director will function as the CEO of an individual clinic within a high-growth environment, playing a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care delivery while overseeing the management team. This position entails ownership of P&L, guiding and developing the leadership team, and collaborating with finance to design and operate a budget, including hiring plans to meet operational goals. The Executive Director will also work with marketing and enrollment to attract new participants. Responsibilities include monitoring care quality and ensuring staff adherence to regulations, policies, and best practices, focusing on addressing any identified concerns. Building strong relationships with key external stakeholders—such as community service providers, regulators, and legislators—is essential for success in this role. The Executive Director will also ensure compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and local regulatory and licensing standards, including passing necessary audits. Participation in strategic planning and initiatives to refine and share operational best practices across programs will be key responsibilities, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall effectiveness of services. Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of (7) years of experience developing and guiding highly successful programs for vulnerable seniors
- Track record of driving initiatives that drive improved patient experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop other leaders and care team members
- Experience presiding over a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and oversee people and projects
- Must be fully proficient in Mandarin and English
- A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a health or social services program, with experience directing a senior care program
Experience Preferences:
- 10 years of experience developing and guiding highly successful programs for vulnerable seniors.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or in meetings
- Ability to stand and walk for various periods throughout the day, particularly when interacting with staff or stakeholders
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Comfortable working in an office environment with standard office equipment (computer, printer, phone, etc.)
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or a relevant field, plus three (3) years of experience in a managerial, administrative, or supervisory position in a social or health services program or agency
Education Preferences:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field plus one (1) year of experience experience in a managerial, administrative, or supervisor position in a social or health services program or agency
