This leadership role demands a visionary thinker with a keen eye for identifying strategic collaborations that drive revenue and audience engagement. Requirements and Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role within the media industry. Proven track record of successful deal-making and partnership cultivation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Natural curiosity and interest in peering around corners to identify opportunities In-depth understanding of media trends, digital platforms, and content distribution. This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.The base salary for this role is between $180,000 to $196,000 annually
The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands

Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development goals with overall company objectives. Negotiate contract terms with speed, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
