ARDENT Protection is a Florida based private security company. Since we launched in January 2020, we have been on a mission to professionalize the security & protection industry, fueled by Passion and guided by Purpose. From day one we’ve committed to raising the bar, not just internally, but for the security industry as a whole. We’ve maintained a hyper-focus on our mission and values along the way, leading us to position ARDENT as the standard of professionalism, trust, and integrity. 

Our drive to improve the security industry has led to fast, consistent growth each year. We’ve experienced 70% growth in our “slowest” year, and we’re aiming much higher, setting our sights on 2x - 3x in 2025. We’re inviting you to join us as Executive Director of Business Operations and lead us to our next multiple 8-figure milestone. Our sincere hope and intention is for you to ascend into the Chief Operations Officer (COO) role within the next 36 months!

Compensation & Benefits

Based Salary: Commenmerate with experience

Performance Bonus: Up to 2x annual salary (based on very aggressive growth and efficiency).

Profit Participation: May be considered after 18 months of exceptional performance.
