We are a fun, friendly locally owned Assisted Living Community looking for an Executive Director that wants to make a positive difference in the lives of our cherished seniors and team members. The ideal candidate will have the skills to direct all operations of the community. This position offers a salary range of $80,000-$90,000 a year plus Bonus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assure compliance with all state rules and regulations for all employees and residents.
- Oversees and directs financial operations of community; to include budget forecasting and budgetary compliance.
- Directs all Human Resources. Ensure compliance to local and federal employment laws and employee compliance to job descriptions and employer policies and procedures.
- Oversight of employee scheduling, staff in-services, teamwork, and accountability.
- Promote ongoing and open communication among staff members, residents, and families.
- Searches for methods of improvement to processes, equipment.
- Directs and coordinates activities of residents.
- Directs marketing efforts of community by developing a marketing plan which includes processes of giving tours, promoting community, creating appropriate referral sources, and oversight of resident retention.
- Oversee Resident/Family satisfaction by ensuring smooth/proper move-in procedures and orientation, making personal contact with residents, handling resident family complaints, problems, and suggestions.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in all other departments of the community.
- Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all aspects of the community
- Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
