Executive Director - Navita Health
San Antonio, TX
About the Job
At Navita Health, we believe in treating people well.
Despite the great epidemic of declining mental health in our society, the high-quality care people need is increasingly hard to find. Today, those who need help are stumbling through hoops in an overwhelmed industry, leaving them feeling undervalued — like just another number in the system. While sitting in sterile buildings and anxious waiting rooms being offered cookie-cutter treatments, people are hoping for a better way out of their pain.
People in crisis deserve eager support, thorough care, and a safe place to heal and regroup. We believe in treating the whole person and empowering their healing journey: addressing symptoms and root cause by providing evidence-based therapy, psychiatric care, and lifestyle tools. We offer an individualized, customized, concierge approach to mental health respectfully served with the comfort of a luxury resort and the warmth of southern hospitality.
We invite you to join our diverse team of experts, as we elevate mental health care together.
Our total compensation plans include salary, 17 days of PTO + a floating holiday, 401k with employer match, and employer-paid disability and life insurance. We anticipate adding paid parental leave in the near future.
