About the Job
As a senior Talent Advisor for Corporate and Firmwide Functions, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of strategictalent priorities, processes, and outcomes for the corporate functions.
The Talent & Employee Experience (TEE) organization is on a multi-year journey to improve the end-to-end experience for employees, managers, leaders, and our teams.
The Talent function is organized by customer segments with common talent profiles with the aim to personalize the way we develop and retain our top talent, build a strong talent bench with the right skills and experiences, increase diversity amongst our senior leadership, have top talent in the highest impact roles for today and tomorrow.
The Talent Advisory team plays an instrumental role in supporting leaders, managers, and employees on long-term approaches to building our talent bench for the future while helping us define scalable, innovative products for Development & Progression that unlock our workforce's full potential.
You will leverage talent development expertise as well as consulting, project management and analytical skills to advise business leaders on talent solutions and support function-specific talent initiatives for your aligned customers through the execution of talent discussions, leadership team/offsite workshops, manager development sessions, and executive coaching. You will support utilization of Talent products to meet business demand as appropriate. Key success metrics in assessing the impact of the role include client & partner feedback, employee satisfaction (Employee Opinion Survey), employee retention/attrition, and manager/leadership training enrollment & completion.
Job Responsibilities
+ Actas a strategic advisor to senior leaders and HR Executives on talent initiatives and processes, using strong relationship management and communication skills to influence outcomes and drive business results
+ Execute end-to-end delivery of annual talent processes (talent reviews, succession planning, promotion, and performance development)
+ Proactively identify opportunities to optimize talent, enhance manager and leader effectiveness and increase retention, based on the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), MD Upward Feedback Survey, promotion, and retention data
+ Promote utilization of Talent & Employee Experience products within Corporate and Firmwide Functions customer segment by providing regular updates on timelines/deliverables
+ Facilitate intact team sessions for leadership teams to coalesce (primary focus OC (Operating Committee) and OC-1 level with select OC-2 engagements)
+ Partner with the DEI Advisory team to provide thought leadership on customer diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives, leveraging metrics that demonstrate impact and progress
+ Maintain a strong controls environment by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures and processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent/organizational development
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in a team with others in a matrix environment.
+ Excellent execution, project management, and planning skills
+ Strong facilitation skills at all levels of the organization
+ Knowledge of individual, team, manager and leader development techniques including coaching and feedback
+ Experience working with senior internal clients, with an ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. and manage conflicting priorities
+ Ability to influence stakeholders to reach a mutually agreeable solution
+ Experience in designing and delivering development interventions
+ Highly effective analytical skills - ability to provide clear, effective and concise reporting
