POSITION SUMMARY
MEPPI's Corporate Services Division is looking for an Executive Director to support and assist the President and CEO with establishing, prioritizing, and monitoring Company and Division specific strategic initiatives and goals while managing special programs and projects. The successful candidate will identify and develop opportunities to maximize operational efficiencies, leverage resources and investments, and facilitate internal goal achievement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist the President and CEO in developing, prioritizing, communicating, and monitoring Company and Division specific strategic initiatives and goals.
- Identify, recommend, and develop opportunities to optimize Company operations, business processes, investments, and resources. Provide regular reporting to the President and CEO on progress and achievement of goals.
- Lead the research, development, management, and implementation of assigned strategic and operational projects and programs, including corporate and product growth, facility expansion, manufacturing and supply chain activities and organization restructuring.
- Conduct research, perform analysis, and prepare and present executive-level reports with findings, recommendations, and related implications to the President and CEO and Senior Staff.
- Represent the President and CEO in the business planning process. Provide executive-level updates, identify opportunities to address concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate leaders and/or the President and CEO, as needed.
- Participate in the development of annual budgets and Company, Division and Department objectives.
- Working on behalf of the President and CEO, facilitate cross-functional collaboration and cooperation across senior leaders, division leaders, and department leaders to ensure effective communications, alignment, prioritization, and execution of business initiatives and programs.
- Facilitate the development and delivery of effective and open communication between the President and CEO and senior leaders to maximize collaboration, enhance engagement, share learning and reinforce trust.
- Further the goals and positive, professional image of the Company by effective dealings with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor�s degree in business, engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years of program or project planning and management experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chains, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience working effectively and collaboratively across multiple business units as a team, project, or program leader.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required to communicate with executives, employees, industry experts and other key stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change withing a fast-paced business environment
- Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products.
