Job DescriptionAs an Executive Housekeeping, you will:
- Understand the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
- Review staffing levels to ensure the guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
- Use all available on the job training tools to train new room attendants and provide follow-up training as necessary
- Ensure policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to policy
- Participate in interviewing and hiring of team members with the appropriate skills
- Maintain the highest levels of quality by utilizing innovative strategies resulting in the highest levels of cleanliness resort wide
- Ensure the resort’s service standards are met every day resulting in exceptional Guest Satisfaction
- Lead, coach, teach, develop, and mentor our talented Housekeeping Team
- Maximize the resort’s profitability by utilizing financial tools and strategies to improve department profitability, control departmental expenses, and increase productivity
- A qualified individual will possess a proven track record in a leadership hotel housekeeping team of a resort of at least 800 rooms or more for 2 to 3 years.
- A flexible schedule with 7 days per week availability, open to working any days, any shift, is a must.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
