Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of a private oceanfront estate with multiple compounds in Gulf Stream, Florida
This role involves managing a small team of 2-3 housekeepers, ensuring that all areas of the estate are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 2-3 housekeepers, ensuring that all cleaning and organizational tasks are completed to the principal’s exacting standards
Provide clear instructions, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor the quality of work performed. - Estate Management: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the entire estate, including multiple compounds, guest houses, and outdoor spaces
Ensure that all areas, both interior and exterior, are kept in pristine condition at all times. - Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of the estate on a regular basis to ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Address any issues immediately and implement corrective actions as needed. - Inventory and Supply Management: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other household items
Ensure that all necessary supplies are fully stocked and reordered as needed
Maintain detailed records of inventory and supplies. - Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to the housekeeping team on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety protocols
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and attention to detail. - Schedule Coordination: Coordinate the housekeeping schedule to ensure comprehensive coverage during the assigned hours
Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate special events, guest visits, or other needs of the estate. - Communication and Reporting: Maintain open and effective communication with the Estate Manager, other household staff, and the principal
Provide regular updates on the status of housekeeping operations and report any issues or concerns promptly. - Event Preparation: Assist in the preparation and execution of special events at the estate, ensuring that all areas are impeccably maintained before, during, and after events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar supervisory role within a luxury residential or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a housekeeping team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work the assigned schedule and adjust as needed for special events or additional coverage.
- Knowledge of high-end cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
