Overview:The role of an Information Tech Support is to provide technical assistance and support to users in a timely and efficient manner. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems and networks, and resolving technical problems either remotely or on-site. The goal is to ensure that all IT systems run smoothly, enabling our organization to operate effectively.
Responsibilities:Deploy and Installation:
- Deploy IT projects, such as system upgrades or software installations.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Collaborate with Bank's IT Department to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
System Maintenance:
- Monitor and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
- Set up new users' work phone and profiles. In addition to managing IT system passwords.
Compliance and Regulation:
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and conduct regular audits.
- Perform data backups and ensure data security and integrity
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering required
- Minimum 4 years of IT Support or similar experience required
- Minimum 4 years of experience with productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite
- Dempnstrate strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and basic networking. Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
- Demonstrate ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency in resolving IT problems
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrate understanding of network protocols and configurations, proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network, CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) Certifications preferred
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
