Executive Personal Assistant at Brodson Construction Inc

Brodson Construction, Inc. is a boutique construction company with over 30 years of experience in general contracting and construction management in the high-end commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail arenas.

As executive personal assistant (EPA), you will support the executive with all administrative support related to both personal and professional matters. This position is key to ensuring the success of the executive by providing the highest level of organization and achievement to the executive office and household. This role has many responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Manage and organize executive's personal and business schedule and ensure he is confirmed for meetings, appointments, and social engagements.
• Attend such meetings, appointments, and engagements as needed.
• Handle all correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail, responding and redirecting as appropriate.
• Visit construction projects and assist with coordination where needed.
• Manage and maintain homes and coordinate resources between both locations.
• Oversee maintenance of assets
• Coordinate all travel, events, and logistics.
• Work in conjunction with Brodson executives as needed.
• Manage finances by ensuring that receipts are filed, expenses are input into Quickbooks, and bills are paid. Work closely with bookkeeper to ensure organization, timeliness of bill pay, and compliance.

• Strong interpersonal skills represent the executive in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
• Multitask manage multiple high priority items at once.
• Quality Management - look for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Planning/Organizing - prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; plan for additional resources; set goals and objectives; develop realistic action plans.
• Be a self-starter and be creative. Think of ways to better the executive's current lifestyle and act on them.

WORK HOURS

General working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am 5:00pm. There will be some night and weekend work required with advance notice.

WORK LOCATION & TRAVEL

Work location will be split between Brodson's Miami Beach office and Brodson's Wynwood office. Travel may be required with advance notice.
