Vibrant. You love interacting with people and making things happen. Your interactions with people GIVE you energy and you love what you do.
Initiative. You are constantly anticipating "the next step", making contingency plans for "Plan B", and saying "I've been thinking…" You are proactive and thoughtful and can see the big picture from a mile high while not losing sight of the details.
Inquisitive. You always want to learn more about what you are doing. You find out how your work interacts with other parts of the business, you look for ways to make process improvements, and you learn about your client's organization and industry.
Negotiator. Reviewing and negotiating venue and vendor contracts are a walk in the park for you.
Flexible. You understand business needs change – what you do today may not be what you do tomorrow! Working in a client-service role is not a 9 to 5 job. Your ability to work irregular hours and travel based on client deliverables is required.
