Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Executive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive-level recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top executive talent for our clients, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand organizational goals, culture, and executive hiring needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify potential executive candidates.
• Talent Pipelining: Develop and maintain a pipeline of top-tier executive candidates, both active and passive.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct outreach, preliminary screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
• Interview Management: Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage the interview process from start to finish.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions, offer presentations, and contract negotiations.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates, progress, and feedback within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executive recruiting, preferably in a remote environment.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and executive search best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and executive compensation structures.
