Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Recruiter with a strong focus on headhunting for Sales and Business Development roles. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and VP of Sales to identify and secure top-tier talent for high-level sales and business development positions. This role offers the flexibility to work in either a part-time or full-time model, depending on your preference and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for executive-level sales and business development positions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of high-caliber professionals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Sales to understand the requirements and expectations for each role.
- Lead the headhunting efforts to identify passive candidates and build relationships with potential hires.
- Provide recommendations to the executive team based on market trends and candidate insights.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Primary Skills:
- Expertise in executive recruitment and headhunting, with a focus on sales/business development positions.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, especially with C-level executives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage your schedule effectively.
- Proven success in recruiting for high-level roles within sales or business development.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
