The Executive Sales Consultant will drive sales growth by securing new group contracts, fostering broker relationships, and expanding member acquisition. In this role, you’ll build and support broker networks, make sales calls, conduct broker training, and attend industry events to generate leads and develop opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain broker relationships to boost sales across product lines.
- Prospect new brokers and reactivate inactive ones to create new opportunities.
- Conduct product and technology training for brokers through webinars and seminars.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, assist brokers in marketing, and support lead generation.
- Participate in industry events to establish new business leads.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls; provide responsive broker support.
- Stay informed about carrier products and industry trends.
- Document activities and communications in Salesforce and collaborate with the marketing team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (advanced education preferred).
- 5-8 years of insurance sales experience preferred.
- Valid Florida life/health insurance license.
- Knowledgeable in sales and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and team-oriented, with flexibility for occasional travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote work capabilities.
