The Role:

• Client Engagement: Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their hiring needs and building strong relationships.
• Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates through techniques such as cold calls, referrals, networking, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, promoting growth, teamwork, and credibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Engineering, etc.).
• Experience in the Specialty Chemicals, Plastics industry or Animal Health.
• Proven sales and/or phone experience.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a new field.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Structured and organized approach with a strong focus on results.
