Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize a high volume of information and calls for assigned executive team members.
- Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality regarding company operations.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other communications, utilizing advanced word-processing, spreadsheet preparation, and report generation skills.
- Maintain department files and records efficiently.
- Manage appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain an accurate calendar of appointments.
- Create and develop visual presentations for the executive team, including charts, tables, graphs, and business plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of executive assistance experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Advanced writing and organizational skills.
- Understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Visio, with experience using SharePoint.
