Administrative Assistant to Operations

Guidewire Inc is a Non-Profit Human Service Agency supporting people with disabilities in community settings. Guidewire, Inc is seeking an organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support for the Program Directors and the Directors of Residential Services. If you enjoy working in a team environment, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task, we would love for you to join our team.

Responsibilities include data entry, organizing files, maintaining databases, and word processing as requested. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, working out of our Springfield office. Full time benefits include health, vision, dental & life insurance, short term & long-term disability insurance, 401 (K) retirement plan, competitive sick, personal, vacation time, and 11 paid holidays.
