Agile Group seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant/Business Operations Specialist to support administrative and operational activities with our U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client on site in Washington, DC. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will support the team in ensuring smooth business operations and provide administrative support to senior management federal clients and ongoing projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the business operations team and senior management clients
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and project timelines
• Assist with document preparation, including presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
• Support project management activities, including task tracking and follow-ups
• Maintain records and files in an organized manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle sensitive information
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a CBP Public Trust (BI) security clearance
• Proven experience in administrative support or business operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately

Compensation details: 40-45 Hourly Wage
