We are currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team, bringing creativity, leadership, and a passion for exceptional dining experiences. Key
Job duties
- Oversee the execution and continual development of the menu, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality and innovation.
- Maintain and refine recipes, manage inventory, and oversee food ordering to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
- Develop monthly specials that highlight seasonal ingredients and showcase culinary creativity.
- Curate and lead culinary events that engage and delight our guests, enhancing their dining experience.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and passion for culinary arts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a leadership role within a high-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Proven track record of creativity in menu development and a commitment to excellence in food quality and presentation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Availability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends, reflecting the dynamic nature of the restaurant industry.
