Job Summary: As an integral part of our senior living group in Boise, ID, we are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing culinary operations, ensuring high-quality dining experiences for our residents.

Description: In this role, the Executive Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The successful candidate will ensure that meals meet dietary requirements, uphold quality standards, and exceed residents' expectations. Additionally, they will contribute to creating a positive dining experience that enhances the overall wellbeing of our residents.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in culinary leadership roles, ideally in senior living or hospitality.
