About the Job
Seeking a dynamic, creative and organized individual to support the CEO of a rapidly growing and pioneering female owned and operated outsourced contact center. Manage various administrative, and personal assistant duties. Must love dogs. This role will also involve procuring and managing social media content, organizing workshops, and scheduling events.
Requirements
• Proven experience in executive support, operations, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media platforms and Slack
