Executive Transportation & Safety Specialist
Role Overview: ADM’s Global Security team is committed to protecting colleagues, assets, and legal responsibilities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Executive and Corporate Security – North America, the Executive Transportation and Safety Specialist will enhance security protocols for senior executives and ADM’s Global Headquarters in Chicago.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide secure transportation for senior executives and board members.
+ Adhere to established security protocols.
+ Manage all aspects of executive security with attention to detail and professionalism.
+ Conduct pre-event risk assessments and site surveys.
+ Perform ongoing risk evaluations for executives and events.
+ Manage potential risks with strong crisis response measures.
+ Respond promptly to security-related incidents.
+ Conduct thorough reviews post-incident to improve response protocols.
+ Handle high-stakes situations with resilience and discretion.
+ Maintain relationships with local and federal law enforcement agencies.
+ Oversee relationships with third-party security vendors.
+ Ensure consistency in safety standards through collaboration.
+ Enforce protocols for executive protection, covering travel routes, crisis response plans, personal safety measures, and access control.
+ Provide regular security briefings and updates to senior management.
+ Demonstrate adherence to and promote the organization’s security standards.
+ Provide other support and duties as required.

+ Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 5 years in executive protection, corporate security, or law enforcement.
+ Proficiency in risk assessment, crisis management, and excellent interpersonal communication.
+ Qualified to work in Illinois.
+ Valid Illinois Driver’s License - City of Chicago Chauffeur License a plus.
+ Proficient in standard office tools and technology applications.
Location:
+ The position is based in at ADM’s Global Headquarters in Chicago, IL, and involves frequent travel across North America, with occasional international travel to support global security operations.
