Overview
The Executive Vice President, Creative Director leads the creative work that is produced on multiple accounts, depending on the account size and will be tasked with increasing brand awareness through traditional / omnichannel media. This leadership role includes assigning teams, inspiring those teams to product concepts and final work, and working with account management to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work, the value of our services, and our responsiveness to their needs. This person will report into the CCO.

Responsibilities
+ Establishes vision for the entire creative department within the framework of the total company vision
+ Motivates, inspires and gives strategic direction to the Creative department
+ Effectively leads leaders of the Creative department.
+ Sight and vision and ensures delivery of amazing work in the right places.
+ Approval of all work in order to gain a breadth of knowledge across an entire category.
+ Build relationships with key client decision-makers at the brand manager level and upper- management level.
+ Become a trusted, confident expert and leader to the client and the whole team.
+ Develop strong relationships and have a working knowledge across all departments: bridge communication between planning/insights and creative to mine the most insightful work; explore and push production capabilities working with production to continue delivering fresh,breakthrough executions; build strong client relationships alongside account service leadership to elevate the quality of the work while strengthening the client relationship.
+ Sets the bar for world-class, award-winning, effective work
+ Recruits, hires, and evaluations talent
+ Understands business objectives and realities to orchestrate team success
+ Compelling, engaging storyteller presents to new and existing clients

Qualifications
Experience Required:
+ 15+ years of agency experience
+ Inclusion in renowned awards shows a plus
+ Strong managerial experience, with experience leading others
Specific Skills & Abilities Required:
+ Able to generate world class ideas and bring them to life
+ An inspiring, motivating, compassionate leader
+ Able to manage multiple projects and team capacity
+ Brings passion, curiosity and fresh thinking to our work and “our space”
