If you want to be successful at this position, you need to be:
1. Someone who is always SMILING!
2. An excellent multi-tasker. You need to know when you need to do four different things at the same time, and be able to do them without losing your cool.
3. A team player. Everyone has to help everyone here, or nobody will like you, & you will probably end up quitting, wasting everyone's time.
