Position Summary
Provides insight and analysis into business processes, customer journeys, and develops recommendations for optimizing business results. Helps define clear measurable problem statements with process and data analysis designed to deliver high customer and business impact. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Intelligence, Customer Centric Design, User Experience, Lean Six Sigma and low to medium complexity Project Management.

- The hiring manager will consider candidates for Experience Analyst I (9), Sr Experience Analyst (13) or Experience Consultant (F14).Number of years and scope of experience will determine level.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans and leads more complex Experience efforts from strategy through completion
- Analyzes business or technical processes with a moderate to high impact for stakeholders.
- Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transitional changes.
- Develops highly visual research takeaways (e.g. journey maps) and concept/idea summaries (e.g. storyboards, service blueprints).
- Conducts analysis/synthesis of qualitative research insights, demonstrating exceptional writing and editing to craft impactful insights that compel stakeholders to take appropriate action.
- Monitors project health and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments and resource allocations to ensure optimal project performance.
- Develop ongoing reports and dashboards which help stakeholders understand and evaluate business performance and inform strategy.
- Acts as a change agent to establish a sustainable culture of innovation across ERIE.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and two years of process improvement, business analysis, business management, strategic planning, strategy consulting or related field; or
- Associates degree and four years of process improvement, business analysis, business management, strategic planning, strategy consulting or related field; or
- High school equivalent and six years of process improvement, business analysis, business management, strategic planning, strategy consulting or related field required
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
- Working knowledge of database, spreadsheet, presentation software, and data retrieval methods required.
- An understanding of relevant content knowledge required.
- Experience utilizing reporting software and reporting tools preferred.
- A general business process improvement designation or certification such as Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management (BPM) preferred.
