Experience Dental Patient Coordinator/ Billing Clerk - Family Dental Care

We are looking for a friendly, trustworthy, full-time experience dental patient coordinator/ billing clerk with excellent communication skills. At least 2 years of experience and knowledge of EagleSoft and dental terminology.

Responsibilities include:

    Register new patients according to established office protocols.
    Verify and update patient information
    Confirm next appointment
    Schedule patient appointments
    Answering and managing incoming calls
    Submit lab work properly
    Explain treatment plans to patients.
    Processing payments on the day of treatment
    Verify dental insurance

Requirements:

    Ability to multi-task.
    Knowledge of ADA codes.
