Your Role as a Security Access Control Technician: As a Security Access Control Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and servicing various security and access control systems, including keyless entry systems, video surveillance, door contacts, and control panels. Key responsibilities include:

• Installing and programming access control and surveillance systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with system equipment
• Performing routine maintenance to ensure system functionality
• Reading blueprints and schematics to accurately execute installations
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members for project success

Background Profile: To excel in this role, you should have:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial security access control installations
• Hands-on experience installing card readers, electronic locks, and cameras
• Intermediate networking skills, particularly with control panels and servers
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
