Experienced Account Manager - Vision Realty & Management

This full-time real estate role offers a competitive pay range of $60,000 to $90,000/year, plus commission. As an Experienced Account Manager, you will typically work business hours but may need to go above and beyond for clients. Flexibility is key, as you might occasionally need to jump on a call or visit a property at short notice.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT MANAGER

You will start your day by checking in with existing property owners, providing updates on their properties and addressing any concerns they might have about tenants. Throughout the day, you will communicate directly with prospective owners, showcasing the benefits of working with Vision Realty & Management. You will visit properties to take marketing photos, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light. Your afternoons might involve analyzing financial statements and providing strategic insights to clients, followed by a meeting with the team to discuss new sales strategies and client retention plans. Your goal is to maintain strong relationships with clients and demonstrate the value of staying with our company.

Here's what we need from you:

• 5+ years in account management, property management, sales, or a related field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to jump on calls and address issues immediately, without hesitation, to meet clients in person or visit properties
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting financial statements
