Experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN/PA/NP) - Blue Medical Spa

WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals, seeking excellent aesthetic Physician Assistants (PA-C), Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Registered Nurses (RN). Experience of at least 1-2 years is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, PRF/ microneedling, Morpheus8, EvolveX and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Review and sign client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation
• Conduct good faith examinations (PA/NP), client consultations and provide treatment plans
• Perform before and after photography
• Educate clients on all treatments and product offerings
• Actively promote the medspa, treatments, retail, and available promotions
• Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
• Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Assist in all areas of medspa operation as requested by management

Requirements

• Must be experienced delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (ie: Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, Restylane)
• Up-to-date California licensure: PA-C, NP, or RN
• Minimum 1-2 years of aesthetics experience. We will provide hands-on training for the right candidate.
• Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
• Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends
• Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures
• Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills
