Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of an upscale luxury condominium. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of residents and the security of the premises.

- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.

- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.

- Control traffic by directing drivers and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all residents and guests.

- Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance to residents and emergency personnel.

- Write detailed reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- At least 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a luxury residential setting.

- Fluent in English and Spanish - both written and verbal communication.

- Valid security officer license and clean driving record.

- Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.

- Surveillance skills and detail orientation.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
