We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team! The ideal candidate will be self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong proficiency in QuickBooks.

Primary Job Function: Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will also be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls and adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. Responsible for reconciliations, all A/P and A/R functions, and other related job duties.

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, onsite, either from 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Expert QuickBooks skills
• Advanced computer skills (proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience working with AP/AR, payroll, and basic business bookkeeping requirements
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented ability to multi-task
• Well-organized and ability to work independently
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction trade is a plus
• Service Titan software experience is a plus
