Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Projects: Manage and oversee multiple commercial door and framework projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Coordinate Teams: Work closely with subcontractors and installation teams to ensure accurate and on-time project completion.
• Manage Materials: Conduct takeoffs and coordinate with the purchasing team for timely material procurement.
• Communicate Effectively: Be the primary point of contact for builders and contractors, addressing concerns and keeping communication clear and professional.
• Ensure Quality: Uphold strict adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Problem Solve: Vet additional material requests and maintain efficient product control in the field.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 3-5+ years managing large commercial door and framework projects within the Construction and Building Materials industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project management software (Comsense experience is a plus).
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for working with diverse teams.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a commitment to quality and safety.
