Full Job Description:

Are you ready for an exhilarating career in concrete with endless opportunities? DiBara Masonry is looking for passionate and experienced concrete finishers to join our family-owned business. With us, you'll have the chance to work on unique and challenging projects, including celebrity homes, high-profile custom projects, and diverse commercial projects! Our jobs are constantly evolving, and you'll be collaborating with architects and engineers while using specialized materials.

As a Concrete Finisher, you'll play a pivotal role in project completion, leading a talented team of professionals to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Your attention to detail and ability to think proactively will be critical to our continued success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Form and finish concrete, including flat work, decorative finishes, vertical/structural walls, and board form finished concrete.
Monitor attendance, morale, and skill sets of the crew.
Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met and maintained.
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
Resolve problems as they arise.
Report on progress to managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess:

A valid driver's license.
5+ years of concrete construction experience preferred.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job, including operating machinery and working with heavy materials (concrete bag mix, rebar, forming wood).
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive thinker.
Excellent communication skills.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30 with 1 hour lunch break
