JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform various hands-on construction tasks such as drywall, painting, framing, window installation, roofing, plumbing, and electrical work with close attention to detail.
• Manage all aspects of construction and renovation projects, from planning to finish.
• Create project schedules, budgets, and allocate resources effectively for successful project completion.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure project plans meet client needs.
• Keep open communication with clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Make sure all work meets quality standards, follows regulations, and gets necessary permits before starting.
• Address any unexpected issues or changes to project plans promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
• Proficient in a variety of construction tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with all aspects of construction, including building codes, safety regulations, and permits
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at once

Compensation:

• Salary range: $70K-$90K per year.
